Our Refund Policy

Coaching Section

If any student who is registered online, have submitted his bank information in his profile, and has paid fees for coaching of any course, is eligible for refund, proportionally to his attendance to the coaching course within 7 working days to his registered bank account with us. In case student has not submitted his bank account and has paid the course fee online, he has to submit the request of refund through student profile and accordingly refund is paid within 7 working days. In case any student is not satisfied with the proportionate amount of refund calculations he may write to us in the profile page through compalints/suggestions and accordingly his querry will be solved.

Online Test Section

In both of the online test section in descriptive or MCQ student has to charge the wallet for using the services of online test as and when he needs. In case amount standing to the wallet student may raise a refund ticket at any time and refund will be processed and credited to student account within 7 working days. In case of student has self cancelled the exam before approval of the admin, amount deducted from the wallet shall be instantly credited to the wallet of the student and the amount credited to the wallet shall be treated as refunded to the student. In case of all online payment otherwise than wallet, and where amount is not credited to the wallet, the amount in that case will be refunded to the student within 7 working days.

Credit of Wallet Account on Certain Occassions

Student must note that the amount credit to the wallet account paid by the student on recharge of their wallet and standing to student credit and unused by the student for more than 15 days will be credited to the student. Further, all amount in the wallet of student has remain unutilised, whether less than 15 days shall be refunded on the last day of every financial year i.e. 31st March each year.

Other Refunds

In all other case where the refund is not due to the student, management at his own discretion, on social grounds or otherwise may allow refund which is not generally allowed, or allow the refund within less than the time as stipulated above.
